Jason Whiteley has been in and around MWA for his entire life. From working in the field to serving on the Board of Directors, Jason understands the needs of our clients and our people. As CEO, Jason provides strategic direction for the company so that we can grow alongside our clients and continue to provide them with the same safe, reliable and accurate services that we have for the past 40 years.

Tom Rowe is a licensed civil engineer and registered professional land surveyor, working to build Southeast Texas. Tom has over 35 years’ experience providing engineering and surveying services. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. Tom works with clients ranging from homeowners to executives and believes in putting the customer first. Tom’s motto is “If MWA doesn’t take care of our clients, someone else will”.

Arthur “Bubba” Means is a land surveyor who works with pipeline owners and operators to manage and locate their assets. With over 25 years of experience, Bubba has helped to support clients such as Sunoco Logistics, Flint Hills Resources and Motiva Enterprises, with pipeline locating, tool tracking, and construction support. Bubba also has extensive experience as a land surveyor on projects of all sizes, from title surveys to refineries. Bubba believes that safe, reliable service is the greatest benefit MWA can provide its clients.

Zach Rowe is a project leader for MWA with 10 years combined industrial and consulting experience who partners with residential, commercial and industrial clients to plan, design, and construct private and municipal projects. Zach is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Zach has successfully designed subdivisions, commercial developments, and public infrastructure projects serving Southeast Texas. Zach is committed to providing value-based leadership and service in the private and public sectors on behalf of MWA.

Colby Dupuis is an energetic leader who is focused on expanding the MWA footprint across the great State of Texas, with 15 years of experience spanning from surveying, right-of-way projects, refinery projects, pipeline projects and project management. He has a natural ability to meet new people and cultivate lasting relationships. Colby’s main goal is to establish new connections and exceed client’s expectations while establishing a premium brand known for safety and reliability within all sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Tammy Yellott is a leader in the financial mission of MWA. Born in Dallas, Texas, she now calls Beaumont her home. Tammy has a great love for family and the betterment of others. With over 30 years of combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Office Administration, Payroll and Human Resources. Tammy’s ambition is to provide critical financial and administrative services for the continued success of MWA.
